Returns and Refunds

Thank you for your interest and support of be-do jewellery.

I hope you are enchanted with your beautiful, hand made jewellery, but in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via the contact page form within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note that all earring sales are final for health and safety reasons and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case the parcel arrived damaged

First and foremost, please take pictures of the damaged parcel at delivery. Ideally ask the delivery man to take their confirm of delivery picture in a way that the damage is clearly visible for their company records too; and immediately contact me with the photos that show the outside damage and when you opened the parcel what you found. Please submit your report via the contact form within 5 days as delivery companies have limited time to accept damage report.

Parcels should be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods. This will allow you to verify that the Goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with, and undamaged. Should you fail to do this, and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changed your mind

I am sorry to hear that you changed your mind or not completely satisfied. I really would like my jewellery to shine while someone is wearing them instead of being kept in a box. In this case, please do contact me within 7 days of receipt, and I will confirm the return address in writing. You will need to return your jewellery in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. It is strongly recommend that you return your jewellery using insured tracked delivery as that is your responsibility to ensure the jewellery finds its way back to us.

Please note the followings

  • return postage costs can only be refunded if the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent

  • where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse we will be unable to provide refunds or replacements

  • item will need to be returned in perfect, new, unworn condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund

  • refund will be confirmed after jewellery has been inspected and approved for acceptance

  • refund will be processed within 30 calendar days

  • we are not liable for any other jewellers work - a faulty jewellery item corrected by another jeweller voids our warranty period

  • we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit

All our manufacturing work is covered for up to 3 months from the receipt of your jewellery. Should a fault occur within this time-frame, please contact me with details of the issue and photos of the fault. We will then require the piece to be sent to us for inspection. If it is determined during the inspection that the damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse, here will be a small charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred. 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, and passed inspection of new and unused condition, you will be notified of the status of your return. Refund will be initiated with your original payment method only if the inspection is approved within 30 days. If your refund is not approved the piece will be shipped back at your expense.

Please note that earring sales are final for health and safety reasons; and therefore we cannot offer refunds.
